Article 10 (Consent to Voice Data Processing)

When using the AI voice consultation service, the user's voice is transmitted to and processed by external services.

  • Speech-to-Text (STT): User voice is streamed in real time to Deepgram for text conversion. Under the Model Improvement Partnership opt-out, voice data is not used for model training and is promptly deleted after processing (zero retention policy). In certain jurisdictions such as Illinois (BIPA) and California in the United States, voice data may be classified as biometric information. Users in such regions will be asked for explicit consent before the service begins.
  • Text-to-Speech (TTS): AI response text is sent to ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. The generated voice is AI-synthesized. Data training opt-out is applied, and logging is minimized with the enable_logging: false setting.
  • AI Response Generation: Conversation content is sent to Anthropic or Google Gemini for AI response generation. We use paid APIs, and conversation data is not used for model training.

By starting the voice consultation service, the user is deemed to have consented to the above data processing. In certain regions (U.S. two-party consent states, EU/EEA), a separate explicit consent process is provided before the service begins.
